Welcome to my site, I'm so happy you are here. My daughter named me "The Prana Momma" a few years ago. It was inspired from my personal healing journey. I took my first courses in energy healing through the Pranic Healing School. In Sanskrit, "Prana" translates into life force energy. So Pranic Healing means Life Force Energy Healing. I am a very devoted mom of three children. So therefore "The Prana Momma" was born. My family is the reason I set out on my healing journey and I am honored to be named by them.
