The messages you receive during your session are meant just for you at that time. They can be something you need to hear in order to take action, make a choice, or to gain validation and more self truth and understanding. Before we begin your session I will ask you for some very basic information on what you are wanting guidance or clarity on. After you share with me these key concerns or issues, I will then channel stored information from your energy field, from your chakras, and things buried deep in your subconscious. I am able to pick up messages in your emotional and mental bodies that have been imprinted into your energy field and your physical body. These are usually memories or they may be your personal perspectives of how you see the world around you. Often your spirit guides have information for you to hear.
